Can you help me spend less time on emails and admin?

We can help you identify where AI could reduce repetitive work. Cailence’s AI Audit & Action Plan looks at your current systems and workflows, then gives you practical recommendations and next steps. We start with the work taking up your time and the tools you already use.

Do I need any AI experience before we start?

No. Cailence’s coaching starts with what you know and what you need help with. We explain things in plain language and work on tasks from your business, so you can see how AI fits into your day.

Do you work with solo business owners and teams?

Both. Cailence offers one-to-one coaching for business owners and training for teams. In team sessions, we focus on how people can use AI in their own roles and everyday work.

What does working together look like?

We first look at your goals, how your business runs and where you need support. One-to-one coaching gives you time to learn, try things and work through questions. An AI Audit & Action Plan gives you a report with recommendations and next steps; team training helps your people put AI into practice.

How much does it cost?

We start with a free 30-minute call to learn about your business and what’s getting in your way. From there, we recommend an action plan and estimate the hours needed. Our rate is $150 USD per hour. We typically work together for 3–5 hours, for a total of $450–$750 USD.
